Example: My boss yelled at me today, and in that moment, I took deep breaths to help myself process the negativity. I journaled during my break and reframed my distortions.

Example: I was feeling anxious every time I thought about hanging out with my friends, so I decided to text one of them and ask to talk to them about these feelings.
