The MHCS was developed by compiling previously successful mental health assessments, truncating to the essential questions, and filling in the gaps with research-backed questions. It produced a superior product in accuracy and brevity. This 16-question survey offers insight into someone’s confidence in handling their own mental health across three axes: Optimism, Coping, and Advocacy.

Currently, HeartSupport uses the MHCS when people apply for and graduate from the BTS Mentorship Program. You can view the full article here.
