We use music as a bridge to make the conversations about mental health easier. We create content that’s rooted in music, and we go to festivals (and even created our own) so that we can start conversations with people through the music they love.
Using music to start conversations
about mental health
Artist Interviews
We interview artists about the mental health issues they face. Fans who follow that band find it easier to open up if an artist they admire shares first.
Therapist Reacts
Our on-staff therapist, Taylor Palmby (LMHC), listens to new music for the first time and breaks down the lyrical content for how it relates to mental health.
The HeartSupport Tent
We bring our Support Wall to festivals around the country to start conversations with concert-goers about mental health in our very own HeartSupport Tent.
HeartSupport Fest
We built our own music festival to elevate the importance of mental health and connect concert-goers to helpful conversations and resources.
