Get trained to make a difference
We train you to become an amazing peer supporter, teaching you how to listen deeply so others feel cared for. You'll gain the confidence to tackle heavy topics, relate to anyone, and offer hope through your own story. With these skills, you'll help others reframe their perspective and build stronger relationships in your own life.

We’ll train you, and then you get started making a difference!
Becoming a Replier
Write replies to 100 people, offering them the support they need when they open up about their struggles. You’ll join a team of fellow repliers and meet weekly with them for ongoing guidance and connection.

Becoming a Caller
Give weekly mental health support calls for one metal fan. Go deep, build a relationship and change a life. You’ll also join a community of other callers who you can connect with.

Each Volunteer Repliers aims to write a total of 100 replies.
This represents 7-8 hours a month during 6 months, renewable after graduating from the program.
People from the team you’ll choose meet together between 1 to 2hrs a week to write replies together. You will join these meetings and can also send replies on your own. We expect for you to dedicate 1-2h a week writing replies to others/attending meeting.

Anyone can join, regardless of your background or experience! We will train you before you start, and we will support you with two workshops every month to learn new tools and get hands-on coaching.

Absolutely. The replies we write have helped inspire people to choose life over suicide, to walk away from addictions, to start therapy, and to change their lives in radical and powerful ways. We'll train you, and you'll write replies that will make a real impact in people's lives.

It's hard to think of anything better than investing in people. There's a unique feeling you get when you know your words just reached someone who needs it. It's deeply rewarding work, and if you ask us, it's absolutely worth it.

The team meetings are set by the volunteers who lead the meetings, but you can also reply any time you'd like on your own.
