We help artists impact the mental health of their fans.
When an artist on your roster has a mental health-related release, we can collab and handle all fan interactions.
Passion can be hard to carry alone.
Many music fans open up to artists about their struggles, but artists can feel overwhelmed or alone in caring for these fans.
Little or no mental health support training
High volume of conversations and DMs
Lack of resources to provide
We were made by an artist to help his fans.
Jake Luhrs, frontman of August Burns Red, started HeartSupport because he would have these conversations with fans after shows, and he wanted to do more. We’ve built our Support Wall to integrate onto Social Media through our Tech so that we can support artist fans where they are.

How To Collab
We can connect to any post you want to turn into a safe space for your fans’ mental health.
Artist Interviews
We interview artists about the mental health issues they face. Fans find it easier to open up if an artist they admire shares first. We regularly attend festivals and have our video team set up for tours in New York and Indiana.
Therapist Reacts
Our on-staff therapist, Taylor Palmby (LMHC), listens to new music for the first time and breaks down the lyrical content for how it relates to mental health. When an artist on your roster is releasing a mental health track, we can react to it and turn it into mental health content.
Static Posts
An easy way to get started is to have an artist do a static collab post on Instagram. They can share a photo and story from their life, and we support all fans who relate to their story in the comments.
Let’s Work Together
Artists should feel free to inspire their fans without having to be counselors or be expected to personally reply to every fan. We can free your artists to use their platforms to do more good, without having to do more work. Contact us today.
