Get trained to make a difference

We train you to become an amazing peer supporter, teaching you how to listen deeply so others feel cared for. You'll gain the confidence to tackle heavy topics, relate to anyone, and offer hope through your own story. With these skills, you'll help others reframe their perspective and build stronger relationships in your own life.

Choose how you want to help

It takes about 3 minutes to sign up as a volunteer.
We’ll train you, and then you get started making a difference!

Becoming a Replier

Write replies to 100 people, offering them the support they need when they open up about their struggles. You’ll join a team of fellow repliers and meet weekly with them for ongoing guidance and connection.

Becoming a Caller

Give weekly mental health support calls for one metal fan. Go deep, build a relationship and change a life. You’ll also join a community of other callers who you can connect with.
