Loneliness & Relationships
If there’s one thing we crush
It’s relationships and loneliness
Well, not in that sense. But of all the topics we see on our support wall and our most popular articles, loneliness and relational issues top the list.
In fact, we did a study and surveyed 500 men and men inside and outside our community at HeartSupport. We asked if they knew key factors behind why they were depressed. Get this: 295 respondents (60% of those surveyed) said emotional/relational issues with friends or family played a large part in their depression.
That’s why we have a lot to say on the issue. So check out some of our numerous hits that helped people.
Why Is Everyone So Lonely These Days?
By Ben Sledge
More people claim to have no close friends they can confide in. How do we combat our isolation?
You just need to chat with someone
When you feel lonely, most times you need someone to talk to. Relationship problems with your friends, significant other, or spouse? Yup. You need someone to hear you out. Whether that’s on our live stream or support wall, you can find people and our staff who’ve been through the same. You may think your situation is unique but there hasn’t been a person yet who has shared where someone else hasn’t said, “Yeah, that happened to me too.”
